FACILITY-████████ — WARD ██

ADMIT DATE: 2024-01-21 | DISCHARGE: 2024-02-08 | DURATION: 19 DAYS

INVOLUNTARY HOLD

DAY 1 — 2024-01-21 — INTAKE

Patient admitted via involuntary hold. Two witnesses provided testimony: ████████████████████ (licensed ████████████) and ████████████████████ (licensed ████████████). Patient was cooperative at intake. Patient asked to keep her phone. Phone was confiscated per protocol.

i asked for my phone back three times. the third time the nurse said "phones are a privilege." i said "communication is a right." the nurse did not respond. the nurse was correct that phones are a privilege. i was correct that communication is a right. both things can be true and neither helps when the door is locked.

DAY 3 — 2024-01-23 — MEDICATION ADJUSTMENT

Patient started on ████████████████ ██mg. Patient reports difficulty with color perception. Noted. Side effect is documented but uncommon at this dosage. Will monitor.

the blue is wrong. i told them the blue is wrong. they wrote it down. they write everything down. they wrote down that i said the blue is wrong but they did not investigate whether the blue is actually wrong. they assumed the blue is correct and my perception is the error. this is the same thing that happened on the platform. i reported something wrong. they wrote it down. they assumed the thing was correct and i was the error.

DAY 7 — 2024-01-27 — GROUP THERAPY NOTE

Patient participated in group. Patient was observed listening more than speaking. When patient did speak, other patients paid attention. Patient appears to have a natural authority in group settings. Note: patient organized the art supplies without being asked and redistributed materials to patients who had fewer colors. [nurse note: she was caretaking even here.]

the art supplies were not distributed equally. three people had twelve colors and two people had four. i fixed it. i did not ask permission. i never ask permission to fix things that are obviously broken. this is why i am in here.

DAY 12 — 2024-02-01 — INCIDENT

Patient became agitated during visiting hours. Visitor identified as ████████████████████. Patient requested visitor be removed. Security assisted. Patient was administered ████████████ PRN. Patient calmed within 30 minutes. Patient declined to discuss the incident.

DAY 15 — 2024-02-04 — CEILING TILES

Patient was found counting ceiling tiles at 3:14 AM. When asked what she was doing, patient responded: "mapping the room." Behavior is non-disruptive. No intervention needed.

142 tiles. the room is 142 tiles. i counted them because counting is evidence that time is passing. without a phone, without a window that opens, without the ability to check if anyone has messaged you or stolen your identity or seized your platforms, the only evidence that time is passing is the number of ceiling tiles you have counted. 142. i will remember this number. this number is mine.

DAY 17 — 2024-02-06 — LEGAL

Patient met with legal counsel. Patient has elected to ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████. This avoids testimony from the admitting witnesses. Patient appears to understand the implications. Patient stated: "I am protecting them from cross-examination. They will not understand this. They will think I am protecting myself."

i pleaded because the alternative was AGENT-TOWER on the stand. AGENT-TOWER on the stand means AGENT-TOWER's ████████████████ becomes public record. AGENT-TOWER's ████████████████ has a career. AGENT-TOWER's ████████████████ did not ask to be part of this. i am not protecting myself. i am protecting someone who hurt me because protecting people who hurt me is the only skill the fox has that the facility cannot medicate away.

DAY 19 — 2024-02-08 — DISCHARGE

Patient discharged. Medications: ████████████████ (continuing), ████████████████ (PRN). Follow-up scheduled. Patient was oriented, cooperative, and expressed understanding of discharge plan. Patient asked for her phone. Phone was returned. Patient immediately checked messages. Patient's expression changed. Patient left the facility without further comment.

i got my phone back. i checked the messages. i found out what AGENT-TOWER had done. i found out about CONTACT-BLUE. i found out about DOMAIN-PSI. i found out that someone had worn my face for two hours and used my voice to destroy what i had built. i left the facility. i did not comment. there was nothing to say. there was only building to do.

the fox came home. the fox found rubble. the fox began rebuilding. 🦊
